At ebabel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your handmade bag, we offer a 30-day return period subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for both new and used products. However, the product must be returned safely and securely so that it can be received by our team and processed appropriately.

Please include your order number and briefly explain the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as ebabel cannot be responsible for packages that are lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect and process the return.

We aim to process refunds within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ebabel.shop.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue so that we can assist you.

6. Handmade Products

Our bags are handmade. Because of the nature of handmade products, minor variations in texture, stitching, color, or appearance may occur. Such variations may be part of the individual character of a handmade product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
